1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Axiom Finance Inc., doing business as Axiom, and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, “Axiom”, “Axiom Finance”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the http://www.axiomfinance.ai website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). 6. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

By creating Contributions, you represent and warrant that they do not infringe third-party rights, you have all necessary permissions, and they comply with these Terms. Any use of the Site in violation of the foregoing may result in suspension or termination of your rights.
7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By posting Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, publish, broadcast, and distribute such Contributions in any media. You waive all moral rights and warrant that moral rights have not been asserted. We may edit or remove Contributions at any time.
8. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use our mobile application on your devices, subject to these Terms. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or use the application for unauthorized purposes.
Apple and Android Devices
Additional terms apply when you obtain the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, including compliance with their usage rules and acknowledgment that they are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
9. AUTHORIZATION HOLDS
We may place authorization holds on your credit card to verify validity and funds. Holds remain for a limited period per card-issuer policies. Contact us with any questions about authorization holds. Continued use of the Site constitutes consent to such holds.
10. SUBMISSIONS
Any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide (“Submissions”) become our sole property. We may use and disseminate them without acknowledgment or compensation, and you waive all moral rights.
